Test 2 release

Everything you need to know about Test 2 Release

Shorten your self-isolation after 5 days of arrival in the UK. The scheme lets you choose to pay for a private COVID-19 test. If the result is negative, you can stop quarantining. The scheme is voluntary and applies to those quarantining in England only. If you do not want to opt into the Test to Release scheme, you will need to self-isolate for 10 days.

Reduce mandatory quarantine period with a day 5 test

Test to release is a government scheme that allows you to end self-isolation days early if you have a negative COVID-19 PCR test result. We are a leading approved provider of these tests which are only available privately.

This at-home test kit is for travellers arriving in England from non-red list countries who are unvaccinated or do not qualify under the fully vaccinated travel rules. Under the Test to Release scheme, travellers can choose to complete this additional PCR Covid-19 test on Day 5 of their mandatory 10-day quarantine.
